The Center for Clinical Excellence (CCE) provides leadership in quality assessment and health services research throughout BJC HealthCare. Role Purpose Responsible for assisting with ongoing research and analytical activities with a particular emphasis on research related to measuring economic performance; utilizes data to support decision-making and negotiations; participates in the critique and development of economic metrics; quantifies effects of factors associated with key quality-related performance outcomes; provides analytical support to programs and customers; applies appropriate statistical techniques, manages statistical data sets, interprets statistical results and creates reports; participates in performance improvement and program evaluation activities as needed. Responsibilities Performs statistical analyses for evaluating and reporting clinical performance. Participates in data collection, data management and data analysis strategies to support statistical analyses. Works with multi disciplinary teams to provide consultation to business units on analytical issues, prioritizing and addressing performance opportunities. Works with analytics management to perform analyses and programming tasks for special investigations.
