Human Resources Director ? Community Services Consortium
Human Resources Director has overall responsibility for the strategic leadership of the organization Human Resource functions. This position takes on the executive management team and is responsible for developing and implementing innovative HR programs and policies to ensure that the organization of social service supports high-quality performance focused and responsive to current and future HR needs. Responsible for the overall management of Human Resources including recruitment, selection, retention, legal compliance, personnel policies and procedures and collective agreements. A good knowledge of all aspects of human resources will be important. Does a commitment to professionalism, innovation and employee teamwork.
REQUIREMENTS:
? Bachelor?s degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field is required;
master is preferred.? 5 years generalist experience with increasingly responsible management roles, preferably within a union environment.
? Supervisory experience preferred.
? Experience working in the areas of employee relations, compensation, benefits, recruitment, and organizational development.
? Proven track record of working with a diverse workforce is based on trust and mutual respect.
